Gosh... things aren't going so well, actually..
because I still have ONE baby. I had expected to have three now! I have still
hope for one more baby, but I really don't know!! I am so sorry for Sweetie..
she is doing the hard work.. breeding breeding and breeding..
Some new photo's of the first born, he is growing
perfect. He is now 5 days old.
Update December 20, 2003
Still one baby.. this never happened with
Sweetie! How strange... and the humidity was okay too.. The babies must be
too weak I guess. The baby is now 7 days old. You can see the slits
now...Mostly you have to band the bird when there eyes are open and mostly
that is with 8 days old.. but Charlies baby was 12 days old when I put on
his band.. so you always have to take a look at the baby everyday.. to see
if it's the time for this.. If you wait too long you cannot put the band on
anymore.
Here you can see how it works.. Okay.. the
text is Dutch!! But looking at the images will help you, I'm sure. So it
isn't that difficult, more important is WHEN you have to do it.. but when
you did it a few times you 'll know!!

Update, December 29, 2003
Because of the death of the other baby (from
Charlie and Piwi) I didn't update this page.. till now. I am proud to tell
you that the baby is doing GREAT! Pooh! he he...

The following pics are taken today.. and here he is 16 days old!! So cute to see
that he already can stand up!! LOL
