The story of Pucky and Sweetie! (The End!)

      

Sunday, February 11, 2001:
 Yesterday Sammy went to his new home, so he's already gone now....Immediately after he was gone, Pucky and Sweetie didn't accept Tommie anymore!! So I had to put him apart. The main reason for this, is that Sweetie has laid three eggs again. I let them breed one more time. Twice is the limit, but the first nest didn't hatch. So I give them one more change. I won't make a diary of that, it would be too much for the server, LOL! But of course I keep you posted on this, with a few photo's.

From the new owner of Sammy (Conny) I heard that he is doing fine, he's acting a bit nervous from time to time in his new home, but that's normal. He already ate something, that's the most important thing.

Tommie went this evening. Gosh...I miss them both already, but I know the new owners are VERY happy with their new baby birds, so I can be proud of my little babies!! And of course I'm proud of Pucky and Sweetie for making such beautiful babies!!
