The third nest of Pucky and Sweetie (3)

April 1, 2001:
The babies are becoming more and more beautiful, three of them have an olive-green color and the youngest one is becoming apple green...like Tommie and Sammy. I decided to keep one baby for myself and that will be the eldest one...first I thought about the youngest baby. He's sweet too, but I love the olive-green color of the eldest one with the orange mask...and he is also very sweet!! Actually all the birds are very sweet....they now are about 3 - 4 weeks. The eldest one came out of the nest box today! For the first time. so cute to see that. What I find special is the fact that this little baby comes out...and knows how to go back into the nest box again!!! Here some photo's from March 26 till now...:

Real family business!! Pucky is coming on the table too...Sweetie is trying it now and then...so funny to see:

Aahh...there's daddy  Dad loves preening our feathers...  But eehh....we love that too!  You see???

Oh..Mom is coming too!  Puck is very proud of his babies...that's for sure  .....and Mom too! 

Monday, April 9, 2001:
Just a short update. Pucky has plucked the babies...but they are fine...they are fed well and are growing day by day! So I am not worried. Here you'll find the latest photo's of the babies:
