Wednesday, February 28, 2001:
Nothing new to tell, only that they grow very good. Now you can see
that they are becoming green. One a bit apple green and the other more sea green.
LOL. Just like their parents.

They become cuter and cuter....they look with such bright eyes!
Something funny happened too. My budgie Rakker was out of his cage too and I
let him see the babies laying on my hand. Guess what???? He started preening
their head feathers. It was the cutest thing I ever saw!! He never did that to
any other bird of mine. I took some pictures of it and guess what? They are
bad.... :o(
But okay, I put them on the site anyway, so you can see that it's real !! LOL!

Sunday, March 4, 2001:
I think Charlie is plucking the babies a bit...you can see that their
backs are still bare. But I guess that's all she does, the most important
thing is that she feeds them perfectly and that they look very healthy! This
afternoon I let Charlie and Piwi out, the first time after that they are
having babies. You know..Charlie is a bit aggressive and I call her my pit bull
lovebird, ha ha! But she is, see this photo:
hi hi hi!!! She really was flying towards me! But I love her, no matter what. She 's just like this and I have to accept that. Piwi on the contrary, is very sweet and never bites. He just cares for his little lady Charlie and that's always so cute to see. First you see some photo's of Charlie and Piwi out of their cage this afternoon:

The babies came out of the nest box yesterday, when they were only about 4 weeks old!! Mostly they come out of the nest box when they are about 5 weeks old.
